Art Therapy in Woodstock
Art can be used to invite clients to approach difficult issues in a safe and non-threatening way in which a client can use self-exploration and self-interpretation as a language of therapy.
The emphasis is placed not on the artistic ability or creativity of the client, but on the meaning that is allowed to be expressed in art through storytelling.

After school art therapy program for children who find school a challenge socially.
Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays during the school year- 4-6pm
Returning to School Group Art Therapy
- Do you have a child who finds returning to school a challenge?
- Ages – 5-9 from 10am to 12pm
- Ages 10-14 from 2pm to 4pm
- Offered the week prior to school starting.
Women and Food Group Art Therapy
For women who find food a challenge.
Grief and Bereavement Group Art Therapy
Working through loss.
Provided for those who are in either the action, management, or preparation stages of treatment.
