About Sarah:

Hi, my name is Sarah and I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Qualifying. My undergraduate degree is in music, psychology, and theology from the Canadian Mennonite University, with after-degree studies in music therapy. I am invested in working with clients as they embark on a path of self-discovery that inspires meaningful growth. I hold an approach that sees the person as a whole: a physical, psychological, biological, inter-relational, and spiritual being.

Although there are many reasons to seek therapy, understanding the complexity and interconnectedness of one’s thoughts, emotions, and actions, as well as one’s past and present experiences, can bring clarity and healing in the moment and direction for the future. This insight can be invaluable in times of crisis or transition and can be used to foster positive changes. I look forward to going with you on this journey of exploring your story, strengths, and potential. Along the way I also look forward to the healing, acceptance, and hope that will be uncovered. I believe that each person is unique and welcome people from all backgrounds, beliefs, and walks of life.
