Do you repeat the same old behaviours and patterns, even though you long to be a stronger, healthier, more grounded version of yourself? You are not alone. I, too, have struggled with negative internalization and the restructuring of my authentic self.

I am an Addiction and Mental Health Work intern, supervised by Laurie Pondsford-Hill, working towards my Bachelor’s of Social Work. I have been a Personal Support Worker for over 20 years, specializing in one-on-one client care and independent life fulfillment. These combined skills and experiences give me a unique perspective on personal re-development and self-acceptance. I have learned the vital importance of connecting the mind to the body and spirit, and I wish to help others on the path to finding their authentic selves.

Together we will discover what works best for you, using combinations of techniques from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, 12 steps, and therapeutic exercises using art, movement, acting, writing and somatics. I use these methods for several issues, including:
