Kathleen is a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) who recognizes the importance of building strong therapeutic relationships with clients based on trust and an appreciation of their strengths. Kathleen applies evidence-based cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) as well as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to her counselling work.
Kathleen welcomes all clients to step into her therapy sessions. She is especially interested in helping individuals navigate their feelings of anxiety, depression, loss, and trauma. Kathleen also has experience working with couples and families, aiding them in understanding their unique dynamics.
