Anger Management Counselling Program
Building emotional awareness, control, and healthy communication
At The Counselling House, our Anger Management Program helps individuals understand the deeper emotions and experiences that fuel anger. Through a compassionate, structured process, clients learn to recognize triggers, manage responses, and communicate more effectively.
Our goal is not to suppress anger, but to help you channel it constructively — turning frustration into understanding, and conflict into connection.
Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Strategies, sessions focus on developing self-awareness, self-regulation, and positive behavioral change.
This program is ideal for individuals struggling with recurring anger, relationship conflict, workplace stress, or legal or court-directed requirements for anger management. Sessions are available in-person or online.
