Hina Sidhu is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive approach to care. She brings over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families through mental health challenges, life transitions, and settlement-related stress.
Hina is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She has a Master of Education from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts from York University. She has worked extensively in the Peel Region, supporting newcomer families, youth, and communities in Brampton and Mississauga through school-based counselling and community engagement.
Hina uses an integrative therapeutic approach, combining evidence-based modalities with a deep understanding of cultural and individual differences. She tailors each session to meet the client’s unique needs, drawing from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices.
