About Nicole
Nicole is a compassionate, open-minded listener who offers a nonjudgmental, collaborative approach to therapy. She strives to implement a safe, encouraging environment to allow you to explore and confront your life’s stressors in a way that feels most comfortable for you.
Nicole has diverse professional experience, working with clients of varying ages, backgrounds and cultures. She currently works as a DSW with adults with developmental disabilities and serious mental illness.
Nicole specializes is anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm and self-esteem. She tends to adopt a CBT approach to therapy but is comfortable utilizing various psychodynamic and humanistic approaches as well.
Nicole is currently accepting new clients for online therapy.
