My name is Cherisse; I’m interested in helping you succeed, overcome, or develop stronger self-awareness. What matters to you matters to me; and if you’ve ever wondered about the value of a counselling alliance, there is great gain to be had.

My theocentric approaches span modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral, Spiritually Integrated, and Emotion Focused practices. These are important elements in processing life changing events, mental health concerns, familial needs, grief, loss, recovery, and spiritual care. I apply relational and trauma-informed competencies to ensure that the right help is provided to you at the right time, part of my commitment to your peace, resolve, and stability.
