Kasia Jopek

Hello everyone!

My name is Kasia, and I am a student enrolled in Yorkville’s Master of Arts Counselling Program. I am currently a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and have obtained Qualifying Status with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

I hope to one day provide therapy to various clients who may come with a variety of issues. Specific areas of interest to me are trauma, relationship conflict, anxiety, and depression.

While I take an integrative approach to therapy, I am particularly drawn to person-centred and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approaches. You will likely see these interventions and techniques in our sessions.

The knowledge and skills from my education give me the opportunity to practice therapy under supervision. In addition, I have experience volunteering as an emotional support worker for the Certified Listeners Society.

Mondays & Wednesdays: 8:30 – 4:30 pm
Thursdays: 4:30 – 6:30 pm
Saturdays: 8:30 – 10:30 am
